Timbre Concerts is not a ticketing company. Check individual show listings for authorized ticketing options.

How do refunds work?

If events are postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, we alert ticket buyers through email, social media and our website.

Refunds for cancelled shows are issued at the point of purchase (subject to terms and conditions).

Will there be tickets at the door?

Announcements and up-to-date ticket info can be found on individual listings and on social media.

Are ticket resellers legit?

Be cautious of unauthorized ticket resellers. We recommend only purchasing tickets from authorized sellers. Check individual show listings for authorized ticketing options.

How do I play a Timbre show or festival?

Send a message to us with the show you'd like to play and a link to your music.

What time does [band/artist] go on?

Check event listings for door and show times. Set times will be posted on social media if/when they are available. Times are always subject to change.

How do I get a photo pass?

Send a message with the show you'd like to shoot and a link to your work. Only photographers affiliated with a media outlet will be considered for approval.
